This was honestly the worst order I’ve ever received from this place. I ordered the Bucket Treat, half and half, and the spicy chicken was completely burnt. Some pieces barely had any meat on them, and it looked like half the chicken was missing. I’ve ordered from here before and never had an experience like this. I’m very disappointed that this food passed quality control and was sent out to a customer in this condition. Please make sure someone is checking the quality of the food before DoorDash orders leave the restaurant. Customers should not receive food like this, especially when they’re paying for delivery on top of the cost of the meal.

This Jollibee is close to our new residence at 30 minute drive. In Cleveland, Oh we had to drive either Chicago or New York and a new closer spot in Detroit Mi. Jollibee has always been a hit and way better chicken than KF & the Pop eye. Hands down recommended.

Finally! I have been wanting to try Jollibee for YEARS! Since there are none within an hour of my location, I took advantage on a road trip heading north Florida. I HAD to try the spaghetti. I love hot dogs - I love banana ketchup - I love spaghetti! … but together? Uhhhh… you only live once, right? So I ordered it. Was it good? Surprisingly, YES! Very. I get the hype. Their chicken is crispy and juicy and with a spicy option I was all in. Please open a location in Melbourne, FL. We have such a large filipino crowd here and everyone loves fried chicken.

We’ve been to Jollibee a few times now, and the spicy chicken is always the reason we come back—crispy and juicy. The peach mango pie is good and worth grabbing. It’s definitely a unique fast food spot in Jacksonville with Filipino flavors you don’t get everywhere. Service is usually good, but we’ve had a couple moments where it could be better. Jollibee is always the place I go when I feel like to have some fried chicken. The food here is fresh, flavorful, and come out quickly. The fried chicken is perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the Palabok fiesta is also just as delicious. The staff are friendly and made sure everything was right with my order. The restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained. Overall, a great place for fried chicken.
